Sealant RS is one of the best tire sealants in the world. This agent, which comes in the form of a black gel, is used to eliminate leaks at the interfaces between the tire bead and the rim. It is designed for tubeless tires.
It allows sealing the surface after installation and effectively inflating the wheel to the appropriate pressure. Particularly recommended for the installation of UHP (Ultra High Performance) and RFT (Run Flat Tyre) tires, which, due to the bead design, can generate leaks immediately after installation.
The sealant can also be used when seating tubeless valves in wheel rim seats.

How to use Dura-Vulc Sealant RS
- Before applying the gel, thoroughly clean the tire bead and the rim at the point of adhesion,
- check the adhesion planes do not have excessive damage that may affect the tightness after inflation of the wheel,
- surfaces should be dry, free from dust, rust and other contaminants before applying the product,
- apply a thick layer of gel on the adhesion surfaces,
- mount the tire immediately after applying the sealant, without letting it dry,
- pumping to the recommended pressure will be possible after at least 15 minutes.
- After inflation, check the tightness of the joint in the bead area of the tire.
