The bolt is designed for mounting original alloy and steel wheels on selected Audi, Porsche and Volkswagen models that use bolts with an M14x1.5 thread and a ball seat.

It has a threaded length of 30 mm, and the bolt head is designed for a 19 mm wrench.

Before purchase, make sure that the bolt specifications match the requirements of the specific vehicle and wheel model, in particular:

• M14x1.5 thread,
• thread length 30 mm,
• ball seat,
• design with a floating washer,
• wrench size 19 mm.

Floating washer with ball seat

The bolt features a floating washer integrated with the ball seat. The washer can rotate independently of the bolt during tightening while remaining seated against the wheel bolt seat.

This design corresponds to the solution used in selected original Audi, Porsche and Volkswagen wheels and allows the fastening element to seat correctly in the wheel.

The shape of the seating surface is an important mounting parameter – a bolt with a ball seat should not be replaced with a conical-seat bolt or a bolt with any other seat type.

Geomet coating

The bolt surface is protected with a Geomet coating used to protect steel fasteners. It is a zinc- and aluminium-flake-based coating that forms a thin, uniform protective layer.

The bright, silver-colored finish complements original alloy and steel wheels.

Correct wheel mounting

During installation, use the tightening torque specified by the vehicle or wheel manufacturer.

For final tightening, the use of a torque wrench is recommended. It allows the correct torque to be applied and reduces the risk of both insufficient and excessive tightening of the bolt.
