Extended conical grinding wheel for deep and controlled rubber processing

Extended conical grinding wheel designed for intensive tire buffing and work in deeper, harder-to-reach areas. The longer working body provides better reach and greater tool stability compared with the compact version.

The use of tungsten carbide abrasive grain ensures high durability and effective cutting performance, even on hard or contaminated rubber surfaces. Grit 18 provides a very aggressive working character, suitable for intensive surface preparation before repair.

• intensive buffing of tubeless tires
• removal of damaged and oxidized rubber layers
• preparation of larger repair areas
• work requiring deeper access into the tire structure

Working design

The extended conical shape enables more stable tool guidance and better control when working on larger surfaces. The additional working length allows effective access to deeper areas of the tire and more uniform buffing.

Mounting

The grinding wheel features a 3/8"-24 threaded hole for direct mounting on a compatible adapter / mandrel.
