Professional ball-shaped grinding wheel for precise rubber processing and tire surface finishing

Ball-shaped grinding wheel designed for buffing and finishing tire surfaces in vulcanization processes. Thanks to its spherical working geometry, it provides very good tool control and uniform processing of surfaces with different shapes, including repair zones and hard-to-reach areas.

The use of tungsten carbide abrasive grain ensures high durability and stable, controlled rubber cutting performance. Grit 60 makes the tool work more gently than lower-grit variants, making it suitable for finishing work and surface preparation before bonding and vulcanization.

Working design

The spherical shape of the wheel allows even contact with the processed surface and very good pressure control. This solution is especially useful for tasks requiring accuracy and for finishing previously prepared rubber areas.

Mounting

The wheel is equipped with a removable 6 mm mounting shank. The removable shank allows possible replacement and adaptation to different tool holders used in straight grinders and drills.
