Professional cup grinding wheel for rubber processing and tire surface preparation

Cup-shaped grinding wheel designed for tire surface buffing in vulcanization processes. Thanks to its recessed, cup-like working geometry, it enables stable tool guidance and very good control when working on curved tire surfaces, compared with classic flat grinding wheels. It is used to prepare rubber before repair, patch application and other operations requiring improved material adhesion. The use of tungsten carbide abrasive grain ensures high durability and effective cutting performance, even on hard or contaminated rubber surfaces.

Working design

The cup-shaped geometry provides better control and stable tool guidance on rubber surfaces. The recessed working shape makes uniform buffing easier and reduces the risk of the tool slipping off the processed surface.

The grinding wheel features a 3/8"-24 threaded hole for direct mounting on a compatible adapter / mandrel. This solution ensures secure seating and stable operation at high working speeds.
