Professional Back-to-Back buffing wheel for efficient tire surface preparation

The Back-to-Back type buffing wheel is designed for professional tire surface preparation during vulcanization repairs. Its characteristic double working-surface design and open abrasive grain structure provide high processing efficiency while reducing heat build-up in the rubber.

Despite the use of grit 60, the special spacing of the tungsten carbide grains ensures high material removal efficiency. The large gaps between the grains help evacuate rubber dust, reduce tool clogging and improve cooling of the working area, resulting in stable and efficient operation.

Working design

The Back-to-Back design consists of two opposite working surfaces connected by a common body. The open abrasive coating structure ensures very good removal of abraded material and effective cooling during operation. As a result, the wheel maintains high efficiency even during prolonged buffing and is less prone to clogging with rubber.

The silver abrasive coating with tungsten carbide grain provides high wear resistance and even wear, contributing to long tool life.

Mounting

The wheel has a 3/8" mounting hole and is supplied with an adapter equipped with a 6 mm shank. The adapter is secured with a nut on the threaded part of the shank, allowing quick wheel installation and secure seating in the tool holder.
