Pneumatic Air Bag Jack APK-3500 (Short Version)
3.5-ton lifting capacity
The APK-3500 pneumatic air bag jack is designed for lifting vehicles with a weight of up to 3.5 tons at designated lifting points. It was developed with tire service shops and automotive workshops in mind. The jack is an ideal tool whenever a vehicle needs to be lifted quickly, for example during wheel removal or replacement.
Compact design
Equipped with two short handles, the jack performs particularly well in workspaces with limited space. Its compact design makes the air bag jack easy to transport – it can fit in almost any car trunk, making it a practical tool for mobile work or roadside assistance.
Lifting height – 43 cm
The maximum lifting height of the APK-3500 air bag jack when fully inflated is 43 cm. In its resting position the jack measures only 13 cm in height, allowing it to be easily positioned under the chassis of most standard passenger vehicles.
Additional protective rubber pad
In addition to the standard bolted rubber lifting pad, the jack also includes an additional protective rubber pad. The 180 mm diameter pad completely covers the surface of the upper plate. This effectively protects the lifted vehicle from scratches that may occur while positioning the jack under the lifting point, as well as in the event of the vehicle slipping off the standard lifting pad.
5-section telescopic stabilizer and reinforced air bags
Inside the rubber air bags there is a solid metal telescopic stabilizer that keeps the jack stable while lifting the load. In this model the telescope consists of five sections, unlike many air bag jacks commonly available on the market that are equipped with three-section telescopes. Additionally, steel reinforcing rings are installed at the joints of the air bags to increase structural rigidity and durability.
EU Safety Valve
The jack is equipped with an EU Safety Valve, compliant with European safety standards (EN ISO 4126-1:2013/A2:2019). The valve automatically controls the maximum pressure inside the pneumatic air bags. If the permitted pressure is exceeded, the valve releases excess air, protecting the jack from overload and increasing operational safety.
Air supply 5–10 bar
The jack is powered by compressed air with a pressure range of 5 to 10 bar and is equipped with a standard European-type pneumatic quick coupling, allowing easy connection to typical compressed air systems used in workshops.
Easy operation
Operating the jack is very simple. It is controlled by two ball valves with convenient levers. Color-coded handles clearly indicate their function: green lever – lifting, red lever – lowering (exhaust valve).
Robust construction
The durable steel construction ensures long and reliable operation even under intensive workshop use. The jack complies with occupational safety requirements and is supplied with a CE Declaration of Conformity. Key design features include:
- 5-section metal telescopic stabilizer ensuring stability during lifting
- three-layer rubber air bags with a diameter of 270 mm, made from a durable rubber compound
- EU Safety Valve – safety valve compliant with European standards
- jack base made of 4.5 mm thick steel plate
- corrosion protection (powder coating)
- two 23 cm handles for easy positioning
- anti-slip ribbed rubber grips
