The STIX SW08 is a practical, compact kit designed for quick repair of typical punctures in tubeless tires using tire repair strings. It is suitable as basic equipment for workshops, tire service centers, service vehicles or users who want to keep an emergency tire repair kit at hand.

The entire set is packed in a handy fabric pouch with a hook-and-loop closure. This format makes it easy to store the kit in a car, service vehicle or workshop, while allowing quick access to the most important tools needed for temporary tire repair. Inside the pouch there is an additional zippered pocket for smaller parts and accessories.

Basic tools for tire string repair

The SW08 kit contains the tools and materials required for quick repair of a puncture in the tread area of a tubeless tire. The set includes:

• spiral reamer with a black-oxide tip, 5 mm diameter,
• insertion needle for 4 mm and 6 mm tire repair strings,
• pliers for removing nails, screws and other foreign objects from the tire,
• 10 butyl repair strings: 6 mm thick, 10 cm long,
• folding knife for cutting off excess repair string,
• polyvinyl adhesive for rubber,
• quick instructions for tire repair using a repair string.
