Zinc Clip-On Wheel Weights ZN/S for Steel Wheels – Multibox Set 100 pcs (20–35 g)

Zinc Clip-On Wheel Weights ZN/S for Steel Wheels – Multibox Set 100 pcs (20–35 g)

The Multibox set of ZN/S type zinc clip-on wheel weights is a modern and EU-compliant alternative to lead wheel weights, the use of which for wheel balancing in vehicles with a gross vehicle weight up to 3.5 t is prohibited within the European Union.

100 weights from 20 to 35 g

The set contains 100 wheel weights with mass values ranging from 20 to 35 g, allowing quick and precise weight selection during wheel balancing without the need to use individual packages. Each weight value is packed in a separate plastic bag, and the entire set is supplied in a cardboard box, facilitating storage and workshop organization. Set contents:

• 20 g – 25 pcs
• 25 g – 25 pcs
• 30 g – 25 pcs
• 35 g – 25 pcs

Precision manufacturing

Zinc features density and ductility similar to lead, ensuring accurate weight values and enabling precise and effective wheel balancing.

Easy and secure installation

Compared to steel wheel weights available on the market, zinc weights are easier to clip onto the rim. The clip does not deform during installation, ensuring stable and durable attachment to the wheel rim.

Protective polymer coating

The wheel weights are coated with a grey polymer layer that protects against scratches, discoloration, and abrasion. The coating also increases resistance to moisture and road salt, improving durability under operating conditions.

Application

ZN/S zinc wheel weights are designed for balancing steel wheels used in:

• passenger cars,
• off-road vehicles,
• light commercial vehicles.

Ideal solution for workshops

The Multibox set is a practical solution for tire workshops and wheel service centers handling various vehicle types and requiring quick access to multiple weight sizes in one package. It improves workstation organization, reduces the number of open packages, and speeds up the wheel balancing process.
