The professional HWR-02 maneuvering dollies are designed for easy vehicle repositioning in tight spaces – such as workshops, garages, and display areas. They are also ideal for maneuvering cars with inoperative drivetrains. Unlike basic dollies, the HWR-02 model is equipped with a hydraulic lifting mechanism, allowing the vehicle to be positioned on dollies without the use of a traditional jack.

Hydraulic lifting system – effortless operation

The HWR-02 features a powerful hydraulic cylinder that lifts the wheel by closing the two support arms. Simply expand the arms manually, position the dolly under the wheel, and pump the pedal. The arms will automatically close and raise the wheel safely.

Load capacity – 680 kg

The package includes one dolly with a maximum load capacity of 680 kg. One dolly is intended to support one wheel. To move an entire vehicle, it is recommended to use four dollies – allowing support for vehicles weighing up to 2720 kg. It is also possible to use two dollies under the drive wheels.

Protective rollers on the arms

Two 30 cm rollers made from durable plastic are mounted on the support arms. They protect the tire from damage and enable smooth, safe lifting. The design allows use with wheels up to 300 mm wide.

Mechanical safety lock after lifting

Once the wheel is lifted, the arms can be locked using a safety pin. The pin is attached to the frame with a chain and can be secured in two different positions, preventing the arms from opening unintentionally during movement.

Safe lowering and pedal lock

Lowering the wheel is done by unscrewing the convenient release valve. After use, the hydraulic pedal can be secured to the frame with a dedicated hook, enhancing safety during storage.

Mobility and ergonomics

The HWR-02 is equipped with 4 swivel casters for easy positioning and maneuvering – even in tight spaces. A side handle welded to the frame allows safe and precise movement of the raised vehicle, offering comfort and full control.

Durable construction

The unit features a robust welded and bolted frame – the dolly weighs 18 kg, ensuring long-term durability and resistance to intensive use. Basic assembly is required after unpacking – attach the caster arms to the frame and then install the hydraulic cylinder. (Make sure to leave adequate clearance between the cylinder rod and the dolly frame – otherwise, the arms may not open properly, and lifting operation may be impaired.)
