Motorcycle jack SATV-1500 680 kg - STIX Tool
Motorbike jack SATV-1500 - STIX Tool
Motorbikes and quads up to 680 kg
SATV-1500 is a hydraulic motorbike jack / ATV stand by STIX Tool. It is a professional device indispensable when servicing and repairing motorbikes, quads or other light ATVs. The range of application of the lift for this type of vehicle is wide - the permissible load of the device is 680 kg.
3 lift height levels
The motorbike jack allows you to lock the lifted vehicle at 3 heights:
level 1 - 23 cm,
level 2 - 31 cm,
level 3 - 36 cm (maximum height).
Low profile of the jack - 11.5 cm
The jack's feet in the folded position are 115 mm high. This allows the jack to be manoeuvred effortlessly even under low-slung vehicles.
Easy manoeuvring
The machine frame is equipped with steel wheels (including two swivel castors), making it easy to roll the lift underneath a vehicle. Positioning and moving the jack is facilitated by a 68 cm long ergonomic handle with a ‘T’ crossbar.
Simple pedal operation
The jack has two pedals - one for lifting and one for lowering the load. This is more convenient than the lowering by means of a knob located in a hard-to-reach place on the cylinder, which is common in this type of lift. The lowering pedal also gives greater control over lowering the load than the trigger knob.
Powerful cylinder
The hydraulic cylinder used in the SATV lift is powerful and makes lifting even the heaviest vehicles up to 680 kg quick and effortless.
Stable load distribution
The outer spacing of the lifting feet is 30 cm and their length is 30 cm (working length is 27 cm). This ensures stable seating for most unicycles and quads. In addition, the paws are covered with non-slip corrugated rubber.
Operational safety
The SATV-1500 motorbike lift ensures safe vehicle lifting thanks to an effective load locking system at 3 selected levels. In addition, it is equipped with two special bolts that raise the rear of the jack and lock it to the ground so that it does not move on its wheels during operation.
Robust construction
A jack / ATV stand with a solid construction must be massive - its weight is 27 kg. The jack components are made of welded powder-coated steel profiles. A frame made of 4 x 4 cm closed profiles serves as the base of the jack, ensuring adequate stability during use.
Safety belt holders
The use of safety straps is recommended to stabilise the load - the lift has handles for attaching such straps (NB - straps are not supplied with the lift). There are two handles at the rear and a wide handle at the front of the lift.
