Accuracy of manufacture

High-grade lead alloy (PB), free of admixtures of other metals, was used in their manufacture. This ensures high flexibility of the weights and resistance to cracking. Thanks to this, the weights perfectly fit the circumference of the rim.

Solid fastening

A steel clip is responsible for attaching the weights to the rim. It is deeply sunken, the elements are permanently connected to each other. Such a construction provides high resistance to deformation. At the same time, the clip is properly profiled, which is especially important for aluminum rims. It guarantees a secure and long-lasting fixation on the rim edge. Acquiring weights is quick and easy.

Precise balancing

Lead weights are characterized by a smaller size compared to zinc or steel weights. This is due to the higher density of the material used. The higher mass concentration allows for more precise wheel balancing. At the same time, lead is resistant to weathering and corrosion.

For aluminum rims

The PB/A lead knock-on weights are designed for correcting the unbalanced weight of automobile wheels equipped with aluminum rims. In accordance with EU law, they can be used in vehicles with dmc >3.5 tons.
