Application
STIX brand quick release nut with a handy butterfly handle is designed for fast attachment of the wheel to the balancing machine arbor.
Compatibility
The nut fits balancing machines equipped with a mandrel whose diameter is 40mm and thread pitch is 4mm.
It can be used in various models of balancers, including:
BOSCH, HOFMANN, BUTLER, CEMB, CORMACH, FMC, GIULIANO, RAVAGLIOLI, SIRIO, SPACE, STAR, REMA TIP TOP, WERTHER, JOHN BEAN, REDATS (please check the size of the balancer arbor before purchasing).
Secure mounting
The offered kit provides fast and secure mounting of most types of steel and aluminum rims. It also prevents the risk of damaging the paint finish of aluminum rims. The device has two spring clamps, which - by offsetting the jaws with threads - allow very fast sliding of the nut on the mandrel (without the need for screwing). On the other hand, during balancing, they firmly press the thread to the balancer arbor and prevent the clamp from releasing on its own.
