It is an excellent alternative to vulcanization repairs carried out with repair bodies with patches. Strips are especially useful in conditions that make a repair in a professional vulcanization workshop impossible:

To make the repair, just drill and clean the damage with a cutter and then pull strips through the repaired hole with the awl. For a better effect, apply the adhesive to the tip of the awl. You can continue immediately after the repair. It is recommended that a full repair is carried out later in a specialist workshop.
