Professional repair stand

PNEUPRO tire spreader is a professional pneumatic tire repair station. Powered by compressed air with an operating pressure of 6 - 8 bar via a Euro quick coupling plug. It allows you to firmly fix the tire and spread the sides of the tire for convenient access to the damaged area. All you need to do is position the tire between the rollers, attach the spreader hooks and operate the spreading mechanism. The sides of the tire will be spread by the built-in pneumatic cylinder.

Tire sizes

The PNEUPRO tire spreader supports tires with rim seating diameters in the range of 11" - 24", width of 145 - 275 mm and outside diameter up to 1200 mm.

Spreading control

The spreader is controlled by two pedals: up / down. An upward movement of the actuator spreads the tire, while a downward movement releases the tire. The spreading range can be continuously adjusted with the control pedals.

Adjustable hooks

The position of the spreading hooks can be adjusted according to the tire width. The hook brackets allow the hooks to be adjusted to four positions and locked with a pin and nut.

Position lighting

Attached to the body of the spreader, a halogen lamp on a flexible stick provides adequate illumination of the repair site. You can easily direct the beam of light to the inside of the tire. The lamp is powered by 230 V mains voltage.

Tool tray

The practical tool tray ensures that the necessary tools and repair materials will always be at hand. One side of the tray is profiled with so-called teeth, on which you can hang useful accessories.

Double tool outlet

The spreader is equipped with a double socket (Euro quick connector) for the supply of pneumatic tools, which allows you to connect 2 pneumatic tools (such as a grinder and a vacuum cleaner) at the same time. This provides a convenient solution that eliminates the need for a manifold or supplying a separate line for the tool.

Air preparation unit

The quality of compressed air is taken care of by the air preparation unit installed on the spreader connection, consisting of a regulator, dehydrator and oil dispenser.
