RQS spiral pneumatic hose 9 m (8/12 mm)

Spiral pneumatic hose permanently shaped in the form of a springy spiral. Allows easy and convenient connection of various types of moving parts of the installation. It can be used for air and water.

Universal application

The hose will find a wide range of applications in workshops - primarily for connecting pneumatic hand tools (such as impact wrenches, grinders). It can also be used in pneumatic control systems, industrial robot components, or in moving connections in trucks. The hose is suitable for a maximum working pressure of 10 bar (at 23°C) - that is, for most typical pneumatic installations in factories and workshops.

Resistant material

The hose is made of durable polyurethane, which is resistant to vibration, crushing and temperature fluctuations (from 20° to 70°C). The polyurethane also shows good resistance to many chemical substances and vapors, including various oils and greases. It is terminated in straight sections: about 50 cm on the quick-connect side and about 10 cm on the plug side. The working length of the hose is about 80-90% of the total length.

Strong couplings

The ends of the hose are forged into 1/4" Rectus 26 KA-type connectors (quick connector + plug), reinforced with steel springs. The Rectus 26 KA quick connector uses hardened locking pins - making it very durable in use and allowing it to work seamlessly with tools equipped with steel plugs. Rectus couplings are made entirely of brass, which provides them with high corrosion resistance.
