TRUCK UNI-Sensor pressure sensor with mounting kit for 19.5" rim.

The kit consists of the following components of the Truck TPMS system, Cub's solution for trucks, vans and buses:

1. Truck UNI-Sensor - universal 433 MHz TPMS pressure sensor suitable for use in commercial vehicles. It is distinguished by a maximum working pressure of 14 bar and a mounting method independent of the valve (on the rim strap). The Sensor AID 3.0 Truck programmer is used to program the Truck UNI-Sensor. The sensor can be programmed as a replacement for the original OE sensor or as its so-called "clone" (using the same ID number).

2. sensor holder - made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic. Specially contoured shape of the holder adapted to the Truck UNI-Sensor. Torx-type screw, protected from unwanted loosening by a coating with reactive adhesive, provides additional protection for the sensor. The mount is equipped with a rubberized, non-slip underside, making it easier to place the sensor on the rim in a stable position.

3. rim strap 19.5" - is used to attach the holder with the sensor to the rim. Made of strong, tensile resistant material (1300 daN). The strap is threaded through the hooks of the holder and strapped with it to the rim in its central, lowest zone. A long Velcro threaded through the D-ring isused to fasten the strap.

The mounting kit for the Truck UNI-Sensor provides a reliable way of mounting it inside the wheel. Such a solution is independent of the valve- there is no need for valves specially designed for the sensor.Locating the sensor in the center of the rim, away from the rim flange, facilitates tire removal and installation and prevents possible damage to the sensor.
