Two-piece set with MINI 1/4 pressure gauge - RQS
Two-piece set by RQS brand for use in pneumatic system. It consists of a filter-reducer module and an oil dispenser. It performs the following functions:
- purification of air from oil, condensate and particles,
- setting and maintaining a constant output pressure value,
- saturation with oil of compressed air supplying consumers requiring lubrication.
The filter module is equipped with a 40 μm filter insert. The condensate is deposited in a screw-on container with a manual drain. When the container is full (to a level of about 10 mm below the filter element), remove the condensate by opening the drain valve.
The oil dosage is regulated by a screw located in the upper part of the transparent dome on the dispenser.The amount of oil dispensed ranges from 1 to 12 drops for every 1000 liters of air flow.
A convenient knob on the filter regulator is used to set the pressure. The knob has a lock to prevent unintentional change of the setting - before adjusting it, it must be unlocked by pulling upwards. The measuring range of the pressure gauge is 0 - 16 bar. The dial is calibrated in bar with a graduation of 0.2 bar accuracy. The pressure gauge can be installed to the port on the filterreducer housing - there are two connections to choose from: front or rear. When not in use, the port should be plugged with the supplied plug.
A rear mounting bracket with screws is supplied with the kit.
