MINI 1/4 filterreducer with pressure gauge - RQS
Professional filterreducer of the RQS brand. When used in a pneumatic system, it performs the following functions:
- FILTER - purification of air from oil, condensate and particles,
- REDUCTOR - setting and maintaining a constant value of output pressure.
The filter module is equipped with a 40 μm filter insert. Condensate is deposited in a screw-on container with a manual drain. When the container is full (to a level of about 10 mm below the filter element), remove the condensate by opening the drain valve.
The measuring range of the pressure gauge is 0 - 16 bar. The dial is calibrated in bar with a graduation of 0.2 bar accuracy. The pressure gauge can be installed to the port on the filterreducer housing - you can choose between two pressure gauge connections : front or rear. When not in use, the port should be plugged with the supplied plug.
Pressure adjustment is done with a large, convenient knob on the top of the unit. The knob has a lock to prevent unintentional changes in the setting - before adjusting it, it must be unlocked by pulling upward.
A rear mounting bra cket with screws is supplied with the filterreducer.
