Order and comfort Hose on reel ZPS-10 allows you to easily supply compressed air to any place in the hose reach zone (in the model ZPS-10 - 10 m long hose). When compressed air is not needed, the hose can be wound up automatically on the reel winder. This keeps the workplace tidy, and by eliminating the risk of tripping over hoses lying on the ground, safety is increased. Robust design and long-lasting operation The reel is housed in a durable plastic housing. It is equipped with a steel mounting bracket, allowing the reel to rotate 180°. Mounting anchors (2 pieces) are included. The reel can be mounted on the wall or suspended from the ceiling The small weight of the device and the folding handle make it easy to carry the reel with the cable and install it on another post. The hose is made of reinforced, thick-walled PVC in black. PVC is characterized by good resistance to abrasion and chemically aggressive substances. PVC hose will be more durable than hoses made of PU or PP. The hose has solidly threaded connections: inlet and outlet - size G1/4". The maximum working pressure of the hose is 20 bar (300 psi). Infinitely adjustable unwinding and rewinding A ratchet mechanism locks the hose in the preset position after it is jerked slightly during unwinding. A gentle tug again retracts the hose. In addition, the hose has a plastic stopper installed to prevent the entire hose from coiling in the reel. The stopper can be moved and the section of hose that will not be wound up can be adjusted as needed.
