AP-4000 Pneumatic Air Bag Jack
4-ton lifting capacity
The AP-4000 air bag jack is designed for point lifting of vehicles weighing up to 4 tons. It has been developed for tire service shops and automotive workshops. It is an ideal tool when quick lifting of a vehicle is required, for example for wheel removal.
Minimum height 13 cm, maximum height 45 cm
The maximum lifting height of the AP-4000 air bag jack is 45 cm when inflated. In its resting state, the jack is only 13 cm high, allowing it to be positioned under vehicles with lowered suspension.
Additional protective pad
In addition to the standard bolted rubber saddle, the jack is supplied with an additional rubber pad. The pad, with a diameter of 180 mm, fully covers the upper plate. It effectively protects the lifted vehicle from scratches that may occur when positioning the jack or in case of accidental slipping from the standard saddle.
6-section telescopic guide and reinforced air bags
Inside the rubber air bags there is a robust metal telescopic guide stabilizing the jack during lifting. In this model, the telescopic system consists of 6 sections (compared to commonly used 3- or 4-section designs). Special chamfered edges ensure smooth operation without jerks or sticking. Additionally, steel rings are installed at the joints of the air bags to reinforce the structure.
Working comfort
The jack is equipped with a 73 cm handle for easy maneuvering and precise positioning under the vehicle. The ergonomic ribbed rubber grip ensures a secure hold, while the control panel with valves located near the handle allows convenient air flow control. The base includes supports enabling the jack to be stored in a vertical position.
2 plastic wheels Ø65 mm
Two durable plastic wheels facilitate positioning under the vehicle. The material does not leave marks or scratch surfaces while providing good traction.
EU Safety Valve – compliant with EU standards
The jack is equipped with an EU Safety Valve compliant with European safety standards. It meets EN ISO 4126-1:2013/A2:2019 requirements for safety valves protecting pressure equipment. The valve automatically controls maximum pressure in the air bags and releases excess air if necessary, preventing overload and improving safety.
Operating pressure 8–10 bar
The jack is powered by compressed air in the range of 8–10 bar and features a standard European quick coupling, allowing easy connection to workshop air systems.
Ease of operation
Operation is simple thanks to two ball valves with convenient levers. Color coding indicates their function: green for lifting and red for lowering.
