REMA TIP TOP Bead Sealer 1000 ml

Bead sealer for tubeless tire beads, intended to eliminate minor leaks at the connection between the tire and the rim. The product helps seal areas where air loss may occur due to unevenness, wear, or aging of the tire bead.

The product is suitable for tire service centers and workshops involved in the mounting and servicing of tubeless tires.

Application

REMA TIP TOP Bead Sealer is applied before inflating the wheel, directly onto the tire bead and the seating area on the rim. The product fills minor irregularities and helps achieve an airtight connection between the tire and the rim.

It is suitable for tubeless tires where leakage occurs in the bead area.

Directions for use

Before applying the product, thoroughly clean the tire beads and the seating area on the rim from dust, rust, and other contaminants. Then check that the tire bead and rim are not damaged.

Apply a thick layer of REMA TIP TOP Bead Sealer onto dry surfaces — both on the tire bead and the rim seating area. Mount the tire on the rim without waiting for the product to dry. After approximately 15 minutes, inflate the wheel and check the tire for leaks in the bead area.

Important information

The product is not intended for sealing the inside of the tire and is not a substitute for mounting paste, vulcanizing fluid, or other repair products. Do not use it on damaged tire beads or heavily corroded rims.

Close the container tightly after use.
