Tire scraper for roughening tires
A handheld scraper used for roughening tires, it prepares the substrate properly for pasting a repair insert or patch. The scraper is finished with a blade on one side and with teeth on the other. The appropriately rounded shape of the head allows working on both flat and curved surfaces.
