AirVac air vacuum cleaner - PCL

AirVac is a workshop air and vacuum vacuum cleaner. The device was developed by the PCL brand, one of the largest European manufacturers of pneumatics. It effectively cleans all kinds of surfaces from unwanted dirt. It is characterized by a simple design, but high-quality materials were used in its manufacture.

It is a tool widely used in vulcanization services. It removes residual rubber and cork in the process of preparing the substrate of the tire for repair, the so-called roughening and milling of holes. At the same time, it is safe for the area so prepared. Thanks to it, the process of vulcanization is secure, free of unnecessary contamination between the surfaces to be joined.

In tire service, for ongoing maintenance or seasonal tire replacement, it perfectly dries and drains moisture from the interior of the tire. This procedure requires only the removal of the waste bag. In practice, it eliminates the undesirable effect of water vapor formation in the wheel. In a wheel devoid of water vapor, there are no negative phenomena, such as corrosion of TPMS pressure sensors or uncontrolled increase in pressure.
