Lubrication of pneumatic tools
Pass-through oiler (in-line lubricator) is used to drop into the compressed air line oil for lubrication of mechanisms of pneumatic tools, such as pneumatic impact wrenches, air grinders, etc.Proper lubrication extends the life of tools and reduces their susceptibility to failure.
Size 1/4"
The connections at the ends of the oiler are 1/4" in size (threads: external and internal).
Transparent reservoir
The oil reservoir is made of transparent polycarbonate, which makes it possible to visually check how full the reservoir is. To fill the reservoir, unscrew the screw on the housing, and after filling, tighten it by closing the filler tightly.
Adjustment of the oiler
The dosage of oil to the pneumatic system can be adjusted. To do this, unscrew the transparent reservoir. This can be done by locking the metal part in a vise or handle with a suitable wrench, and then unscrewing the reservoir by hand. In this way, we gain access to an Allen-type adjustment screw. Using it, you can increase (by unscrewing) or decrease (by tightening) the amount of oil dosage.
Note - the level of the desired dosage should be determined experimentally, depending on your needs (this type of oilers do not offer precise calibration, for example, in drops/min.).
After adjustment, tighten the reservoir by hand again and refill the oil level. The set is ready for operation.
