The AP-4000 pneumatic air bag jack is a popular option for workshops and tire service centers. Designed for efficiency, it’s the perfect tool for quickly lifting vehicles for wheel removal. This jack is capable of lifting a point load of up to 4 tons.
Maximum Height: 40 cm
Once inflated, the AP-4000 reaches a maximum height of 40 cm, while its resting height is just 15 cm, allowing it to easily slide under the chassis of most standard passenger vehicles.
Additional Protective Cover
In addition to the standard rubber base plate, the jack comes with an extra protective cover for the upper plate. This feature helps prevent scratches on the vehicle being lifted, which can occur during manipulation under the lifting point or if the vehicle slips off the base.
Pneumatic Operation
This jack operates on compressed air, with a recommended working pressure of approximately 6 bar (maximum allowable pressure is 10 bar). It is equipped with a safety valve to prevent the air bag from bursting if the pressure exceeds the limit.
Easy to Use
Operating the jack is straightforward, with two 3/8” ball valves featuring convenient levers. Color-coded indicators make it easy to identify which lever raises (green for air supply) and which lowers (red for discharge).
