RAD 116 TL REMA TIP TOP radial repair insert
RAD 100 series radial inserts are used for permanent repair of all types and sizes of tubeless and tubeless radial tires.
They can be used for repairs with cold technology (from 18°C), as well as hot technology (up to 150°C). These inserts allow repairing damage in the front, shoulder, as well as on the side of a radial tire. They can be glued with any commercially available adhesive designed for tire repair. After completing the repair in tubeless tires, we recommend using Innerliner Sealer sealant.

Advantages of RAD repair inserts:
- flexibility and strength (they easily lay inside the tire and are resistant to deformation),
- strong adhesion to the tire (especially in combination with Special Cement BL adhesive),
- reinforcing cord that adapts to the tire's behavior during operation,
- cord ends protected with a special rubber compound,
- gas-resistant top layer impermeable to gases,
- long shelf life (5 years).
Note: repair inserts for radial tires should always be positioned across the tire (arrows must point to the tire rims).
